- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Water Resources, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution. Must be registered with PEC.
- Experience: 16 years in relevant fields, including 5 years in management roles, especially in public sector projects related to water, agriculture, or renewable energy.
- Deputy Project Director (PPS-9)
